​You are able to purchase vouchers either in clinic or over the phone on 9275 7577. 

• Vouchers are valid for up to 3 years from purchase date

• You can choose between a dollar amount or a specific treatment

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash 

• Lost or stolen vouchers are unable to be claimed

Absolutely. You have options to choose your appointment time, and which therapist you would like to see.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to we can offer your appointment to clients on our waiting list.

A reminder text will be sent two days prior to your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed, you will also receive a phone call the day before from one of our therapists to confirm.

If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so we are aware and can do our best to accommodate the rest of the day’s schedule.
